Please make the cheque payable to Parkway Artists Guild and mail the cheque and application form to Diane Croker. Alternatively, please bring in the form and payment to Diane Croker at the next monthly Parkway Artists' Guild meeting. You can also email your application and e-Transfer the fee to ParkwayArtistGuild@gmail.com.
