On May 20th, we held a full day workshop with Patti Harris as the instructor. Patti explained how she started her artistic career working in pottery, paper making, textiles and collage. Now she has extended her techniques to include painting to enhance her own photographic images. The workshop consisted of a small group of artists who were willing to learn new techniques to enhance their styles of painting. For most of us, it was a different thought process. We had fun, got to know some new members and we all left with something quite different from our usual work.
