Topic: Artist Bio and Artist Statement, with Mackenzie Gregson
Mackenzie Gregson is an internationally exhibiting visual artist working with oil paint and mixed media. Mackenzie was born in North Bay, Ontario Canada. Her background includes a Bachelor of Fine Arts Honours degree with a minor in Art History from Queen's University and a Master in Fine Art from The American College of the Mediterranean.
Mackenzie will review the components of artist bios and statements, providing examples and instruction. Mackenzie will prepare a preparatory worksheet to assist us in the development of our artist bio and artist statement. She will also prepare a small package to distribute and keep after the talk which will surely come in handy as we come upon circumstances warranting modifications and/or updates.
