I look forward to sharing my process and palette layout before beginning a painting in acrylics to music. I will demonstrate the layered washes and the development of theme by pulling out shapes, figures and wrestling with composition. Discussion and questions to follow. We will be working on individual pieces inspired by our own personal symbolism, music and the intuitive process as well as a collaborative piece. I hope those who follow a similar process will find depth and inspiration while artists who paint traditionally also feel free to explore. Sketchbooks, poetry and photos are welcome. Artists are also welcome to bring in work in progress that they would like to continue working on.
